Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests:

If this is a non-emergency maintenance request such as:

  • Burned-out light bulbs.
  • Needing an electrical outlet installed.
  • Request for your area to be painted, etc.
Contact your Building Manager

If you are authorized to make requests to Infrastructure and Sustainability, find out what area your building is in by viewing a list of buildings or occupants on the area maintenance map.

Construction and Renovation Requests:

If this is a construction-type request such as:

  • Adding walls to enclose an area.
  • Removing walls and other barriers, etc.

You may submit a project request at this link: Project Request Page

Customers submit a Project Request Form to Planning, Design, and Construction. The form provides basic project information necessary to evaluate and respond to the customer's request.

Necessary information required for a project request includes the amount of funds available, a project accounting number (to pay for construction), and an approver's name and contact info.

Please note that you will need to sign in with your Georgia Tech credentials to submit a project request.
