Georgia Tech Facilities is primarily housed in 3 different buildings, all located near Fowler Street NW, between 6th Street and 8th Street, as shown below:

The Administration, Finance, and Information Technology offices are located in building 32, the Facilities Administration Building. The Design & Construction offices are located in building 73S, the Coliseum Annex. Both offices have the same mailing address of:

  1. Take I-75/I-85 North through downtown Atlanta to the 14th Street/10th Street exit.
  2. Stay to the left on the exit ramp.
  3. Turn left at the light by Atlanta Medical Associates onto 10th Street.
  4. Turn left onto Fowler Street.
  5. Turn left onto 8th Street. Visitors may park in the metered parking spaces on 8th Street. There are NO visitor parking spaces available on 6th Street.

From Points North of Atlanta

  1. Take I-75/I-85 South to the exit marked Techwood Drive/10th/14th Streets.
  2. Get into the right lane.
  3. Continue through the traffic light at 14th Street.
  4. Follow signs to 10th Street West/Georgia Tech.
  5. Take a right onto 10th Street at the stop sign.
  6. Turn left onto Fowler Street.
  7. Turn left onto 8th Street. Visitors may park in the metered parking spaces on 8th Street. There are NO visitor parking spaces available on 6th Street.

From Points West of Atlanta

  1. Take I-20 East to I-75/I-85 North.
  2. Take I-75/I-85 North through downtown Atlanta to the 14th Street/10th Street exit.
  3. Stay to the left on the exit ramp.
  4. Turn left at the light by Atlanta Medical Associates onto 10th Street.
  5. Turn left onto Fowler Street.
