OneUSG has now gone live. You may have the question:
“Where is my vacation/sick time?”
Leave balances will display a ‘0’ for both biweekly and monthly employees at Go-live; however, employees have not lost any accrued leave. Your accrued leave (sick, vacation, etc.) have been converted over from Georgia Tech legacy systems (Tech Time, TimeOut, etc.):
- Biweekly employee balances as of 3/21 have been converted
- Monthly employee balances as of 3/31 have been converted
All leave benefited employees will be able to review their converted balances on 3/31. You can find the following information on the Campus Readiness page:
- Biweekly leave benefited employees will have access to start requesting leave on 3/22, however, they will see a zero balance under the Request Absence link under the Time and Absence tile until 4/06. If you cannot wait until 4/06, you can see right now your leave balances at: follow this guide.
- Monthly leave benefited employees will have access to start requesting leave on 4/01, however, they will see a zero balance under the Request Absence link under the Time and Absence tile until 4/24. If you cannot wait until 4/24, you can see right now your leave balances at: follow this guide.
