Mission
We're the in-house work force that provides day-to-day scheduled maintenance and repair. These services include: custodial, grounds maintenance/landscaping, painting, vehicle repair, staging, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, keys/locks, and structural repairs. The division is also responsible for electrical, chilled water, steam, and other utility distribution systems.
