This project improves the functionality of laboratory spaces in the Ford ES&T and U A Whitaker (BME) buildings - resulting in reduced energy consumption and a safer laboratory environment.  The project is being delivered as a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract (GESPC). Modifications included demand-based ventilation strategies, HVAC controls and monitoring, and deferred maintenance issues.
